The perfect spare part for your hansgrohe product

hansgrohe products are durable and high quality. If something does happen to wear out over the years, you will find the right spare parts here – original hansgrohe, of course. You can find spare parts for the shower, faucet or drain (whether newer or older) via the search function. Simply enter a search term or article number.

A step-by-step guide to finding your spare part

Want to replace something on a hansgrohe product? Or maybe you’re looking for an accessory?

You will find spare parts for hand showers, overhead showers, shower faucets, and other bathroom products from our brand in this online catalog.

Here’s how to find what you want:

Use the article number from the hansgrohe packaging or type a keyword (e.g. “Metropol lavatory faucet”) into the search box. This will take you to a results page:

  • The “Spare parts” section contains a link to the respective product detail page, where you can find out which products use the spare part and how you can purchase it.
  • “Products” is where you can find the product you’re searching for. The exploded view under “Accessories and spare parts” shows all the components in the product, each with a number. Search for the number in the accompanying list to get all the information you need on the spare part (article number, technical details, availability and more).

What happens if the product is no longer available?

Older products can also be found via the spare parts search: There will be a notice on the page explaining that this is an older, discontinued product. But don’t worry: hansgrohe offers long-term availability for spare parts in shower faucets, wash basin and bath tub faucets, overhead showers, hand showers and body sprays, and kitchen faucets. Even if the finished products are no longer available to purchase.

You can find the article number for each product here:

Faucets

The article number for hansgrohe faucets, thermostats, and basic sets is laser engraved in a visible place on the product’s finish:

  • Lavatory, bidet, and electronic faucets: The article number is on the handle, threaded shaft or body of the faucet.
  • Concealed installation shower and bath tub faucets: The number is on the escutcheon or function block, which is installed in the wall along with the basic set.
  • Exposed installation shower and bath tub faucets, thermostats: The article number is lasered onto the base set – the part of the faucet installed in front of the wall. If it's not here, it will be on the handle.
  • Kitchen faucets (swivel or fixed spout, with pull-out spray, 1jet, 2jet, Eco): The number is lasered onto the handle. If the model has a pull-out spray, the article number is lasered onto the back of the faucet shaft.
  • Concealed installation basic sets: The article number is on the product itself or on the iBox universal 2.
