The strainer seals, which are supplied with every hand shower, must not be replaced with normal seals. Otherwise, dirt that is filtered out in the strainer will be flushed into the shower head mechanism. This will cause the QuickClean cleaning function to fail or the nozzles to clog. In most cases, the sluggishness is due to contamination in the Secuflex hose. We recommend servicing and cleaning the system. You can find out how to clean your product in the enclosed installation instructions for your product or download them from the online spare parts catalog.
If the hose is still rigid after installation, allow warm water to run through carefully and in a controlled manner.
