This is for the sole purpose of implementing the application procedure. Once we have forwarded your personal data, we will delete it immediately. The company advertising the position will delete this information within six months of conclusion of the application process. In each case, this applies on the condition that there is no legal obligation to store the data for a longer period.

Using your personal data
Your personal data will only be used for advertising purposes without your express consent within the strict limits provided by law. You will not be contacted via e-mail or phone for advertising purposes without your express consent. Based on and within the scope of our legal powers, we process and use the following personal data voluntarily provided by you to the degree required (1) for the purposes of advertising our own services or (2) to transmit this data to Hansgrohe group companies for their advertising: your affiliation to a group of people (e.g. your status as a Hansgrohe customer or prospective buyer), name, title, academic degree, job title, branch or business title, address, e-mail contact details (but not your phone contact details) and year of birth. For the purposes of advertising our own services, in addition to this information we also store and use any other data that we have legitimately obtained. Where we transmit the aforementioned data to group companies associated with us for their advertising purposes, these companies are legally obliged to inform you that they have obtained the data from us (through a notice to this effect in the promotional material, etc.). In such cases, we store information about the source and recipient of the data for a period of two years. You may object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time.
Since we aim to optimise our services and advertising to meet our customers' requirements, we need information about general customer usage behaviour. We therefore use the user data that we have legitimately collected when enabling utilisation of our website to compile usage profiles with the aid of pseudonyms. This means that we replace any information in the user data which could be used to identify you (such as IP address, user names, passwords) with an abstract feature. Usage profiles will not be merged with your personal data or used for any other purposes. You may object to the use of your personal data to create usage profiles at any time.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer, enabling an analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to one of Google's servers in the USA, where it is stored. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address is abbreviated beforehand within EU Member States or in other states who are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Your full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. On behalf of this website operator, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website and internet usage for the website operator. Google will not associate the IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics with any other data held by Google. You may prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to make use of the full functionality of this website. You may also prevent the data generated by the cookie, and related to your usage of the website (including your IP address), being captured and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. In view of the discussion surrounding the use of analytical tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” and that consequently IP addresses are further processed only in an abbreviated form to exclude a direct link to persons.
Moreover, we also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords and the double-click cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can disable it via the Ad Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=en). For more information about terms and conditions of use and data protection, please go to http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html or http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
We have installed the "tynt" tool on some of our websites. When you copy and paste content from these websites into e-mails or post it on social media pages (e.g. Facebook), this tool will add a link to the relevant website and tell us which website has been accessed via the copy and paste. This information is collected on a purely anonymous basis. At no time can Hansgrohe see who has shared that particular content or with whom. For more information on this tool, please go to www.tynt.com.
When we run marketing campaigns, targeted online advertising (also known as remarketing) enables us to identify your anonymous data and assign you to a target group so that we can show you ads based on your interests. To do this, a cookie will be saved to your computer when you visit our website. This enables us to record information on your activities on the websites you visit (e.g. ad banners and subpages you click on, web browsing behaviour, etc.). We use this data to create a usage profile under a pseudonym. This profile cannot be traced back to a person or identity.
It enables targeted ads based on your interests to be placed when you visit the websites of other suppliers. You can, of course, withdraw your consent to this at any time by deactivating cookies in your browser settings with future effect.
When we collect and use personal data, we are assisted to some extent by selected service providers who, under the terms of their contract with us, act subject to strict instructions, and who are checked by us before commencing their activities and subsequently monitored on a regular basis.
In accordance with the principles of data reduction and data economy, we only store personal data for as long as it is necessary or required by law (statutory retention period). If the reason for gathering the information ceases to apply or the retention period expires, we will lock or delete the data.
You have the right to be informed of the personal data stored about you as well as the right to rectification, restrict processing or deletion of this data. Exceptions: Data storage is mandatory as part of the contractual relationship or if there is a legal obligation to retain data.
You may withdraw your consent for data to be gathered, processed and used at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at: email@example.com.
We will be happy to answer any further questions on data privacy and processing your personal data. You can contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact details stated in the Imprint.
To allow data to be locked at any time, the data must be kept in a lock file for monitoring purposes. If there is no legal archiving obligations, you can also request that the data is deleted. Otherwise, we will lock the data if this is what you want.
Further to the aforementioned rights, you may request information on the data stored about you as well as the correction or deletion of incorrect data at any time. Please address your objections, queries, requests for information or deletion, complaints etc. to:
