We won’t push you in at the deep end

Hansgrohe is committed to providing all its employees with a broad and well-structured induction programme – both nationally and internationally. In addition to the initial induction in the country of work, we also provide our new-starters with regular training in the head office in Schiltach. The aim of these international induction weeks is to not only communicate our vocational knowledge but also the  Hansgrohe company culture. In addition to a broad range of information about the Hansgrohe family, there is certainly no shortage of fun. A colourful programme based around the Black Forest provides diversity and a clearer understanding of our roots. You can therefore carry our passion for water out into the wider world. The employees in Germany also benefit from these international gatherings.

Targeted training and development is the key to Hansgrohe’s success. As the leading innovator in our sector, highly skilled employees are our most important asset. We therefore prepare our international upstarts for specialist and managerial duties, for example through customised programmes such as the International Talent Programme (ITP).
