What does the Hansgrohe trainee programme offer?
Our 18 to 24-month trainee programme is designed to prepare you for a specific field in which you will subsequently be employed. Depending on the field, you may also get to know a subsidiary during a period spent abroad. Rather than getting a taste of every area of the company, by actively working in your organisational unit, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the specific unit, the core duties and the daily business activities, and work independently on demanding projects. You will gain a great many experiences, pass through associated departments and thus build up a network of contacts.
Optimal induction and support
When starting at Hansgrohe, we do not want you to feel thrown in at the deep end. Your first working day will therefore being with a welcome meeting – together with other new employees. You will also undergo an induction programme during the first few weeks to teach you about the Hansgrohe structure and strategy as well as our products, customers and processes. A mentor from the human resources department will support you along your personal route through the trainee programme. You will also receive advice from a supervisor from the specialist department during every stage of the programme. We will jointly discuss interim targets and feedback. Anyone who wants to can attend the monthly trainee get-together and make private contacts.
What are the prerequisites?
Have you completed your studies with excellent results? Have you spent time or studied abroad? Do you have an excellent grasp of foreign languages, especially English?
