According to a brand survey by WirtschaftsWoche, hansgrohe and AXOR have the best image in their sector
In the survey “1st Choice 2016 – Best Brands on the Market”, the Hansgrohe Group with its AXOR and hansgrohe brands secured first place, with a clear lead over the 20 other brands analysed in the building services category. On behalf of WirtschaftsWoche, a total 950 brands from 20 sectors were evaluated via the internet. 4.7 million comments on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter or reviews in forums and blogs formed the basis for the evaluation. During the time period August 2015 to July 2016, statements relating to the categories of price and quality were assessed.
Top marks all round
“The near-perfect score of 99.7 out of a maximum 100 possible points makes us extremely proud”, said Christian Steinberg, member of the management board at Hansgrohe Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH. “The top ranking shows us that we are on the right track and that we are offering our customers the right products in terms of both price and quality. Naturally, we are intent on further strengthening our positive image among the consumers”, added Steinberg.
Analysis via the internet
The overall score was made up of three elements: overall assessment (max. 20 points), comments on price (max. 40 points) and quality (max. 40 points). The Hansgrohe Group scored a 10-point lead over the second place in building services. The survey used Web Analyzer data analysis to evaluate internet media sites such as Facebook and Twitter, online user forums and also news sources and trade magazines. The result is indicative of the image rating of the brands evaluated.
