What we provide for you

We pay for your Jobticket, which you can use for free travel on buses and trains between home and work. We also offer you a company pension plan and pay out success-based and special bonuses. It is also mandatory for every employee to get a Christmas present every year. We are particularly proud of our health management system: this includes lectures, seminars and workshops, the annual health week, massages and exercise breaks in the workplace, weekly Nordic walking and running clubs. We also offer ergonomics training courses, preventive healthcare examinations such as early cancer detection, as well as a flu vaccination and personal advice on travel health in the run-up to business trips or postings abroad. Our on-site Hansgrohe fitness test centre, which has a fitness and spa area, is located at the Schiltach “Aue” plant. Our sports scientist offers regular induction courses and will also be happy to create you a personal training plan at your request.

We also address the consequences of demographic development: the MUMM (Joining in and getting motivated) project was developed through the involvement of our older employees aged 50 and over, and is specifically intended for this target group. This includes numerous measures enabling older employees to remain active and healthy, and to maintain or even improve their level of performance. Mutual exchange, future prospects and proposals for improvement are all on the agenda at the annual welcome meeting for all employees aged 50 and over. This gives rise to concrete solutions that are directly focused on the employees' needs.

And after work?

There are also lots of events where the whole Hansgrohe team comes together: barbecue, beach party, the Hansgrohe “EisenHans” triathlon for sports enthusiasts, skiing excursions or “Kids Day”, where our employees' children can learn all about their parents' place of work.
