Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate Responsibility Policy
It is the policy of MASCO Europe and the Hansgrohe Group to conduct all business activities in a responsible manner which assures the health, safety and wellbeing of people, preservation of the environment and quality of the products/services. Our ethical business practices are an integral part of our corporate culture.
To achieve this business ethic, we utilize sustainable management systems that are designed to:
- Fulfil customer requirements and strive to exceed their expectations;
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, applicable codes and standards;
- Assign clear roles and responsibilities and conduct training to ensure necessary competence;
- Identify, analyze and effectively manage all risks arising from all of our business activities;
- Maintain a constant vigilance and readiness to manage emergencies, incidents and impacts;
- Continually monitor and improve our systems, performance and impacts, through review of our objectives, targets and implementation of appropriate corrective and preventative actions;
- Provide and maintain appropriate systems of work, technology, tools and procedures that support the fulfilment of our objectives;
- Cooperate with our suppliers and contractors and ensure communication up and down the supply chain.
MASCO Europe will continually work with the Hansgrohe Group to ensure the necessary resources for fulfilling this policy.
