To be able to comply with the short delivery periods required by the market and also to be able to cover market fluctuations at short notice, we want to involve the suppliers in our planning system at an early stage.

For this purpose we use the Internet, which provides suppliers online access to our IT system. This is a supplier Extranet, known as LEXTRA for short.
Internet access and Microsoft Internet Explorer are required for this.

LEXTRA provides suppliers the following options:

Call-forward of current, outstanding Hansgrohe orders from the supplier
Call-forward of amendments made to purchase orders
Call-forward of planned values for the next half year
Paperless records

The strategic purchaser responsible will give you access and put you in touch when necessary with the competent inhouse IT contacts.
