Supplier Processing

Depending on the level a supplier wishes to attain, we use various instruments for binding and assessing suppliers:

• A top supplier enters into a framework supply contract with Hansgrohe AG 
• A top supplier is audited by Hansgrohe AG
• A top supplier is classified in a monthly supplier assessment

The criteria are as follows:

• Quality
• Adherence to lead times
• Price 
• Logistics 

Each standard supplier should be integrated into the supply chain via LEXTRA and must fulfill Hansgrohe requirements regarding quality.
