In accordance with a resolution adopted yesterday at the Annual General Meeting of Hansgrohe AG (www.hansgrohe.com), the long-standing Chief Financial Officer Siegfried Gänßlen (62) was appointed the new Chairman of the Management Board of the bathroom and sanitary specialist headquartered in Schiltach. With effect from today he will be the successor to Mr. Klaus Grohe (71) who, after 33 years at the helm of the company, will become Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
