Sustainable ecological and economical water consumption is also possible in bathrooms and kitchens of modern households: through the implementation of innovative technologies that restrict water flow - regardless of water pressure and above all without any loss in comfort. Hansgrohe demonstrates how this works in the section dedicated to modern households in the German Pavilion: namely, with Hansgrohe EcoSmart technology. This reduces the water flow rate in faucets to seven litres a minute, and with the Raindance fixed showers to little more than nine litres a minute. This means water savings of up to 50 percent when showering. In addition, as less water is heated with this clever technology, as well as saving water it also helps to save energy on a daily basis.

Raindance EcoSmart showers: for greater showering pleasure and greater sustainability in use of the precious resource of water

Very smart indeed! Hansgrohe EcoSmart technology allows water and energy savings - with no loss of comfort
